With Christmas only days away, 'tis the season for Dink, Josh, and Ruth Rose to catch a crook. And the robbery is a big one—seven million dollars big. The victim? Lucky O'Leary. The crime? Someone stole his winning lottery ticket.

Looks like Lucky's luck has just about run out.

Here are the facts. Every year, Lucky's grandfather buys seven lottery tickets, one for each of his grandchildren, and he uses their birthdays for the numbers. He then mails them the tickets in a Christmas card, and they all open the card and check the numbers on Christmas day. This year, the card disappears off the mantelpiece only hours after Lucky's number is announced on TV.
